·Description

PDU (Power Distribution Unit) is the most widely used type of product in domestic and foreign IDC room, and there is no national standard, therefore the relevant international standards are used in the security authentication, and some domestic areas will use the GB2099.3-1998 standard to test its safety. It has high demand of the technology and material of this kind of product for the particularity of the room environment (high temperature, high load, zero switching time), and the scope of application requirements are: rated at voltage 110VAC - 380VAC or -48VDC - 250VDC, rated current 10A -- 32A industry or similar environment. 
The main demand of IDC room is concentrated in: long working time, much redundancy, high load, lightning protection, flame retardant, overload protection and early warning, the traditional plastic socket can not fully meet these requirements, thus the project will focus on IDC power supply solutions -- Basic PDU.

It can be installed at standard cabinets and racks.

■The independent air circuit breaker can provide the protection and control of each PDU output, so as not to affect other electrical equipment.
■Real-time monitoring of current fluctuation, alarm when overload.
■Original patent technology, and the main road and branch terminals connected by an injection molding process integration, which can completely avoid the hidden danger, and it has a good conduction performance and insulation properties.
■Original patent technology, when the socket system adopting international standard connection device, the socket has anti-drop plug device protection equipment, and the device will never occur false drop phenomena.
■Modular structure and open connection that make it easy to use and maintain.
■Plastic material part of the products use PC/ABS, thermal deformation temperature up to 120 ℃, flame retardant properties are in accordance with UL94-V0 standard.

■Product socket copper sleeve part uses the phosphor bronze: it has the characteristics of good flexibility, corrosion resistance, friction, ensuring that the PDU highly reliable safe electrical conductivity.
